Project Manager

Integrated Aqua Systems, Inc. specializes in designing, building and supplying high-end water treatment systems and equipment for use in aquaculture, aquatic research, aquaponics and commercial aquatic exhibits. IAS currently has a Full Time Regular position opening for a for a mid-senior level Project Manager responsible to manage design & build projects through all phases of the contract.


The ideal candidate will have 5 years of project management experience preferably in a similar water-treatment related industry. Knowledge, background and practical experience with plumbing, mechanical, electrical wiring and control systems is required. The Project Manager will have knowledge and experience with all phases of the construction process and will be comfortable interfacing directly with other design, engineering and construction professionals.

Educational background and/or practical hands-on experience with mechanical engineering, aquatic system design and/or life science highly desired. Personal interest in aquatic science, aquaculture or aquarium industries is highly desired but not required. The right person will have excellent verbal /written communication skills and be flexible and able to complete a range of tasks and functions successfully in order to help the company complete projects successfully on time and within budget. Must be hard working, easy to work with, detail oriented, and have pride of workmanship.

Job Description:

This is a leadership position that requires regular coordination, scheduling and communication with system designers, project managers and production personnel. Duties include estimating and quoting projects, developing and maintaining project documentation through all phases of procurement, production and installation. Field project management is expected and must be willing to travel. Other duties include in-house and field testing systems. Assist with other areas of the business as necessary.
