High Output Stainless Steel (HO-SS) Series UV sterilizers are economical and compact units designed for light commercial applications including research systems, aquatic life support, ponds and water features. Simple to install and service.

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) UV sterilizer ideal for warm saltwater applications in flow ranges from 25 gpm to 175 gpm. HDPE vessel material is stronger, more durable, and more resistant to UV-C than PVC. HO – PE Series utilize 80W High-Output (HO) lamps available in 5 models from 1 to 5 lamp in a single vessel. The vertical units are free standing, and the horizontal units include built in HDPE legs for ease of installation.

Amalgam (AM) Series Stainless Steel UV units utilize powerful 200W low pressure amalgam lamps to produce highest UV dose in a small footprint. With few lamps and short length, this is the ideal UV for flows from 100 to 500 GPM. Standard “L” Shaped configuration offers flexibility for installation, allowing for either vertical or horizontal mounting.

Amalgam (AM) Series Polyethylene (PE) UV units utilize powerful 200W & 400W low pressure amalgam lamps housed in a noncorrosive High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) vessel. HDPE is stronger, more durable, and more resistant to UV-C than PVC. With amalgam lamps and HDPE vessel, this is the ideal UV for saltwater applications with flow rates from 100 to 3200 GPM.

The 400 Series UV Sterilizer is one of the most powerful low pressure UV Sterilizer on the market. With its high power 400W amalgam lamps, this UV can handle large flow rates with fewer lamps than others on the market. With a standard range from 1 to 15 lamp models, flows can range from 200GPM all the way up to 4,000GPM. Standard vessel in 316L Stainless Steel in “U” shaped configuration with built in support legs for ease of installation and plumbing.

The SMP Series UV Sterilizers utilize medium pressure lamps which produce extremely high dose UVC output into a small package in order to meet the rigorous demands of commercial aquaculture applications. SMP Series uses a fraction of the number of lamps in a much smaller footprint to meet the duty point compared to low pressure lamps. SMP Series units include ANSI 316SS vessels standard with either manual or automatic wiper system.

The SBT Series UV Sterilizers are designed specifically for applications with low UV transmittance values. The placement of lamps and the locations within the vessel are engineered to give the most UV exposure as the water passes through. This UV is made to handle highly loaded water, which is why all models in this series include automatic quart sleeve cleaning systems as well as connections for chemical flushing of the vessel.

IT Series is designed for applications that require third party certification. IT Series UV Sterilizers are biodosimetrically tested according to Austrian norm: O-NORM 5873-1 to fulfill the EPA requirements contained in the Ultra Violet Guidance Manual. Special mixing plates inside the ANSI stainless steel 316L UV reactor to guarantee a correct distribution of the water. Perfect for drinking water or food and beverage applications.

AL series controller is a UL Listed Basic plug-in ballast economical and compact. AL series includes an LED light on/off indicator and comes prewired for field plug installation.

LCD Series Control Panels include a microprocessorcontrolled LCD display with a resettable hour meter, alarm relay contacts, remote on/off contact. Available with IP55 or IP65 protection.

SITA UV’s most advanced control panel comes loaded with the latest UV technology. TC Series utilizes SITA’s new touch screen controller which gives users complete monitoring, datalogging, alarms, diagnostics, remote communications, and control functionality. TC Controller include lamp dimming with all units. Choose from manual or automatic ECO power regulation for optimal electrical usage. TC Panels come standard in an IP 54 class painted steel control panel and are available with multiple upgrades to meet the project requirements.
