TinyDrum® Filters

TinyDrum® series drum filters are a breakthrough German-engineered solids filtration technology designed for aquaculture, aquatic research, and aquarium display systems. TinyDrum® models include 30-micron screens, touch-screen controller, and everything else needed for a complete compact package. Designed with the end-user in mind, the TinyDrum® lineup features three model series to meet a variety of filtration needs.

Each TinyDrum® model is 100% non-metallic in a fully sealed system, comprising the drum, flushing pump, and gear motor. User-configurable settings on the touchscreen controller enable precise control over backwash timing, drum rotation, and flushing duration, ensuring optimal performance. The system uses a pressure sensor to monitor water levels with millimeter accuracy, automating the cleaning cycle for consistent reliability. A single 115V plug and only 125 watts of energy is required for theTinyDrum®, making the electrical installation simple and extremely efficient. The TinyDrum® is are liable, easily maintained self-cleaning filter with very low water usage during the rinse cycle. An optional rinse water recovery system is available to achieve 100% water recycling.

TinyDrum® units are available pre-installed in engineered sump tanks for turnkey installation. Unitsand spare parts are in stock and ship directly from Integrated Aqua Systems, Inc.

  TinyDrum® Filters provide impressive flow rates in a super compact package. Capacities range from 26 gpm in smaller models up to 132 gpm in the XL series. This adaptability ensures effective cleaning performance for small to medium sized aquaculture systems.
• Automatic Cleaning Technology Saves Labor Expense
  Operating at an ultra-efficient 125 watts and featuring a 30-micron standard screen (with 70-micron options available), the TinyDrum® combines gentle particle removal with automated cleaning. It uses very little water for rinsing and saves labor expense associated with filter cleaning.
• ‍All-In-One Sealed System
  The TinyDrum® comes with all required components integrated into a sealed, quiet, efficient unit making it very easy to install in new or existing system. TinyDrum® has a single 115V plug for easy installation, quiet operation, and easy drum access for maintenance. Units are offered with an optional pre-installed sump tank for turnkey installation.
• Digital Touchscreen Controller Included
  A digital touchscreen controller is included standard with all models to enable users to fine-tune backwash cycles, drum speed, and flush durations for maximum efficiency. A millimeter-precise pressure sensor provides real time level indication to ensure optimal performance.
• ‍Saltwater Rated, Non-Metallic Design
  Built with 100% non-metallic, saltwater-rated materials, the TinyDrum® is both corrosion-resistant and economical. Its gravity-fed design operates with less than 2 inches of head pressure and uses a commercially proven gear wheel drive system making it an extremely efficient and reliable filtration solution.

The TinyDrum® M series is engineered for smaller systems requiring precise filtration within a compact footprint. With drum diameters of 8.5 inches, these models achieve flow rates up to 26 gpm, making them ideal for specialized cleaning tasks for systems up to 1600 gallons.
