Integrated Aqua Systems works with the top aquaculture tank manufacturers to offer our customers both standard and custom fiberglass panel tank options, available in diameters from 12’ to 40’, and up to 10’ deep. Panel tanks are ideal for use as large culture tanks, water holding, wastewater treatment, and more. Custom features available include double-walled insulation, windows or display viewing ports, custom pipe fittings, skimmer boxes, baffles and weirs, custom colors, and more. Tank sections can be stacked for larger capacities and are the most efficient style for shipping large tanks.
Integrated Aqua Systems Panel Tanks include floors, hardware, seaming materials, and assembly kits. Panel Tanks require on-site installation.
Fiberglass Panel Tanks are long-lasting, economical solutions for recirculating aquaculture systems, aquatic research purposes, and wastewater treatment systems. Made of polyester-reinforced fiberglass with a UV inhibitor designed to withstand exposure to sunlight and reduce degradation, FRP tanks are strong, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and can easily be repaired or modified for future applications. Most tanks are available in FDA approvable materials and gel-coat.
